Better You Club Events

This is where Better You Club comes alive!

Better You Club Events is a space for girls who want to move their bodies, get out the house, and feel part of something again. It started from the idea that wellness does not have to be extreme, serious, or isolating. It can be simple. It can be social. And it can actually be fun.

We host different kinds of events like Pilates mornings, run clubs, hikes, group training sessions, and wellness workshops. Some are slow and grounding, some are energising, but all of them are about showing up for yourself in a way that feels good.

You do not need to be a certain fitness level or know anyone. You just show up, move a bit, meet people, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

That is the whole point.

How Booking Works

1. Select the event you’d like to attend from the events page. Click into the event to view all the details including date, time, location, and what to bring.

2. Choose your ticket and complete your booking by filling in your details at checkout. Make sure your email address is correct so you receive your confirmation.

3. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all your event details. This will serve as your official booking confirmation.

4. If you would like to stay updated on upcoming events, receive reminders, and be part of the community, we recommend joining the Better You Club WhatsApp Community.

5. To join, go to the Community page on the website and request to join the Better You Club Events Group. This is where updates, new events, and important announcements will be shared first.
