1:1 Coaching
My 1:1 coaching is designed to give you real support, clear direction, and a plan that feels achievable from day one. I work closely with you to understand your lifestyle, your goals, and the way your body responds, so your training and nutrition actually make sense. Nothing here is about extremes. It’s about learning how to move with intention, fuel yourself properly, and stay consistent in a way that feels natural. That steady consistency is what leads to real progress you can see and feel.
As we work together, you’ll start to feel more confident in the gym and more sure of how to approach your training. You’ll understand why certain things work for you, how to adjust when life gets busy, and how to build habits that set you up for long-term success. This coaching gives you personal guidance, accountability, and the kind of support that genuinely helps you grow.

About the Coach
I’m Daniella, founder of Better You Club. I’ve been training consistently for five years and am currently studying toward my personal training and nutrition diploma. My approach is built on experience, education, and a genuine belief that fitness should feel empowering, not toxic.
I don’t just hand out standard programs. I teach you how your body works so you can train and eat in a way that aligns with your goals and actually lasts. Whether you’re a beginner, an athlete, or simply looking to improve your mindset, my focus goes beyond physical results. I care about confidence, clarity, and creating a healthier relationship with fitness.
Better You Club exists to shift the narrative and remove the pressure and extremes that dominate the industry.
My Personal Transformation
I used to think staying in shape meant being strict, cutting out certain foods, and constantly pushing myself to do more, but no matter how motivated I felt at the start, I always seemed to fall back into the same pattern of being on track for a few weeks and then completely losing consistency. It felt like I was constantly starting over, thinking the problem was my discipline or that I just needed to try harder, when in reality the approach I was following was not something I could actually sustain. Once I shifted my focus away from being perfect and started building simple, realistic habits that fit into my life, everything began to change. I became more consistent, more balanced, and for the first time it felt like I was in control of what I was doing rather than constantly trying to catch up.
That is the same approach I now use with my clients, focusing on what actually works long term without extremes or all or nothing thinking.
You do not need to do more, you just need to do what you can stick to.
